Bud founded Life & Health Brokers in 1990. His goal was total independence, with the ability to use the most competitive life and health contracts with top rated carriers. Inregrating proper risk management tools into the financial plans of clients allows them to maximize their goals, often without additional out of pocket costs.
After serving in the United States Marine Corps, Bud attended Georgia State University, earning degrees in Risk Management and Psychology, graduating Summa Cum Laude in 1972. He holds the professional designations of CLU (Chartered Life Underwriter) and ChFC (Chartered Financial Consultant) from the American College in Bryn Mawr, PA.
The Otto family have been proud residents of Sandy Springs since 1977. Bud is a member of the Sandy Springs Perimeter Chamber, Sandy Springs Toastmasters, and is active in community affairs.
